These draft terms describe expected use of the FaceSwap development service before launch.

Use the service only for lawful projects, only on content you own or have permission to use, and never to create sexual or intimate imagery of anyone. See the Content and Consent Policy for what that means in practice.

We screen uploads automatically and record what is refused. Repeated attempts to upload prohibited material will result in cancellation of your account without refund.

The service is under active development and may change, pause, or lose test data before launch.
